Capital Recycling, Perth Metropolitan Sites
Project Brief:
Application and management of Capital Recycling construction & demolition (C&D) prescribed premises works approvals, licence applications and licence amendments.
Encycle Response:
Provide a guide to the licensing process and manage the licence applications and amendments to the Department of Water and Environmental Regulation Western Australia under the Environmental Protection Act and associated regulations. Encycle also managed the submissions and environmental reporting for Capital’s extractive industry licences to the relevant local government authority.
GO Organics, Gingin WA
Project Brief:
Submission of prescribed premises works approval.
Encycle Response:
Compile and submit works approval for a 10,000m2 hardstand and receivals area for solid and liquid wastes, including licence amendment application for food and garden organics (FOGO), to the Department of Water and Environmental Regulation. Further to this, develop technical specialist briefs for odour and groundwater environmental emissions management and mitigation.
Westref Enviro, Kewdale WA
Project Brief:
Identify suitable site for hazardous waste transfer station.
Encycle Response:
Assessment of manufacturing facility for conversion and restructuring as a hazardous waste transfer station, including recommendations for site infrastructure to mitigate environmental emissions. Encycle also completed the required application of works approval and audit for compliance of conditions for the Department of Water and Environmental Regulation Commissioning Report.
