Projects listed here involve the assessment of proposed designs for new buildings/developments and the provision of recommendations to the design team for optimal efficiency and effectiveness of the waste management systems and the compliance with relevant local government planning requirements and rating tools such as Green Star where relevant. Ultimately, a Waste Management Plan is delivered for submission to the local government that details the transfer storage and collection of waste and recyclables in a safe and effective manner.

Existing Buildings
Encycle works with the facilities management team within a building or across a precinct or institution to assess the systems for managing waste and recycling. The assessment includes site visits, visual inspections, physical waste audits (sorting) if appropriate and desktop analysis of data.
The recommendations to drive the changes required to deliver the waste systems that the client seeks to implement are delivered in a report and presentation if needed.
Ongoing assistance will deliver continual improvement to waste systems towards a clearly defined client goal.
Optimisation reviews and continual improvement systems are generally bespoke and vary according to the nature of the building or facility and the client’s drivers for change.
