Andy has extensive experience in commercial environmental sustainability having worked in both the public and private sectors in both an operational and a consultancy capacity. Andy is able to deliver large strategic programmes with a pro-active approach and excellent project management skills.
Andy’s previous roles include working for Veolia Environmental Services in both an operational and a contract management capacity, consulting at WSP Environment & Energy which included developing WSP’s Integrated Resource Management Team and developing a new Energy, Waste & Resource division for Redhills Consultancy Ltd in the UK. In Australia, Andy has worked at Curtin University’s Centre of Excellence in Cleaner Production researching municipal and C&I waste management practices and legislation across Australia and the potential for developing resource recovery initiatives.

Nadja Kampfhenkel is an accomplished project manager who has broad experience across sustainability and the built environment sector. A facade engineer by training, Nadja brings consulting experience gained from working overseas in a project management role and as an environmental commissioner for the well-known facade-engineering company, the Schmidlin AG. Nadja has a wealth of knowledge of the Australian property sector having worked in the public sector as Senior Sustainability Policy Officer for the East Perth Redevelopment Authority and for the Green Building Council of Australia as State Manager, WA for over two years.
Nadja works closely with clients in providing relevant, comprehensive advice and managing the development, implementation and evaluation of their ISO 14000 environmental management systems. Nadja draws upon her international experience of implementing environmental and quality management systems according to ISO 14001 and ISO 9001.
At Encycle, Nadja specialises in advising clients on issues relating to environmental management, especially waste management and recycling and the identification of environmental risks and improvement opportunities. Nadja’s knowledge of the property sector and environmental rating tools such as Green Star and the National Australian Built Environment Rating Scheme (NABERS) strengthens the Encycle service areas for architects and facility managers.

Geraldine has comprehensive experience working in the environmental sector in WA gained over the past eight years, predominantly focusing on waste management, contaminated sites investigations and environmental impact assessments. Geraldine has worked in the private sector on large-scale developments, and worked in both state and local government including project managing the establishment of Perth’s only timber recycling facility and having involvement in running WA’s largest and only Class IV landfill. In both local and state government, Geraldine has been instrumental in liaising with local governments, national bodies and the IT industry trade association (AIIA) in developing an e-waste recycling programme.
At Encycle, Geraldine brings strong database development skills from operating her own database development business. A clear communicator and reliable project manager, Geraldine has a rounded, yet thorough set of skills and experience in waste and in the broad environmental field.
